  1. This option will be active if a QM Server is installed on the machine running the Administrator.  It is used to look inside the Store and Forward MailCenter.  All mail that is marked as pending in user's Mail Log is stored in this MailCenter, including delayed mail.

  3. The resulting window displays the number of attempts at delivery, the subject of the message, the date after which the mail will be delivered, and the MailCenter and zone that the server is looking for to deliver the mail.
